Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation message/email.

Shipping Timeline

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Other Locations: 5–7 business days
Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Please note that delivery timelines may vary slightly due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or high-demand periods.

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹3500.
A nominal shipping fee of ₹150 per product applies to orders below this value.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email to track your delivery in real-time.

Our delivery partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times before returning the package
