Return and Shipping Policy

Our return/replacement/refund policy is designed to be customer-friendly, ensuring you feel more comfortable making online buying decisions. Please note the following conditions:

Quality Check:
To ensure a seamless return, every product includes a seal tag. The seal tag must remain attached and intact. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the seal tag is removed, damaged, or tampered with.

Eligibility for Exchange/Return:
Returns are subject to quality inspection upon receipt. Once the returned item has been checked and approved, the customer will be issued either an exchange or store credit, valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

Packaging:
Please return the unused merchandise in its original packaging (the same box in which the merchandise was sent to you) for inspection. The return has to be sent to the following address by the customer:
