1. Take a dry cloth and clean your footwear to take off any sort of dirt residue.
2. Put them in your own Shoebee shoe bag that you shall receive from us.
3. Keep your pair dry and away from moisture.
4. That's it! Just remember: Do not wash your pair or use them in and around water.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). A nominal shipping fee of Rs. 150 is charged for orders below 4000INR.

Only unused merchandise is eligible for exchange due to size issues within 7 days of delivery.

To ensure a seamless return, every product includes a seal tag. The seal tag must remain attached and intact. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the seal tag is removed, damaged, or tampered with.
